ICM Lecture Series

Adab and Akhlaaq

Instructor: Br. Azzam Abdelkarim

March 31, 2018 and will continue every other week iA.

We will examine the Hadith to learn about the Islamic  rules of etiquette and an ethical code involving every aspect of life; such as good manners, courtesy, respect and appropriateness, covering acts such as entering or exiting a washroom, posture when sitting, and cleansing oneself. It is reported that the Prophet (S) would say "The best amongst you are those who have the best manners and character." Insha'Allah we hope to learn from the Prophetic examples, the Sunnah, the type of manners and character required of us, and also how to better refine and implement good character and manners in our daily lives. In the past classes we do have charged operations cost of 25 dollars per student just to cover the expense for use of the class.
